| Mr. Sait is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He started his career in the shipping industry in 1984 as the agency repesentative of CMA CGM in India. He was appointed the managing director of the agency after the passing away of his father. Between 2004-2008, he was the CEO of the joint venture with CMA CGM. In 2008, he founded Indial Shipping with the vision to provide quality service for International transportation. |

Mr. Sait also serves on the boards of Ameya Logistics, EOTS, CMA CGM Logistics Park Dadri & Honeycomb CFS. |

| Mr. Bimal Lakhpatia is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and also holds a Certificate in Shipping Management from Narottam Morarji Institute of Shipping. He started his career as an executive in the industry in 1978 and over the years he has undertaken various projects and held various positions of great responsibilities. With over three decades of experience in the shipping industry, Mr. Lakhpatia has been associated with Indial Shipping since its inception. |

| Mr. Burhan Imran holds a Masters in Management and Marketing from University of Mumbai and has also completed a professional qualification examination from Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in the shipping industry with special expertise in Intermodal and Break Bulk Cargo. He started working with Indial Shipping since it started and has been involved in successful completion of various projects. |
